Serves 2 as meal, 4-6 as starter
Ingredients
6 persian cucumbers diced or 3 regular cucumbers peeled and diced
1 small red onion diced
1 medium avacado diced
1/2 cup frozen corn defrosted
1 -2 teaspoon chaat masala
pinch of salt
optional
squeeze of lemon juice
few grinds of black pepper
Method:
In a bowl add all veggies mix well.
Add chaat masala , salt and other seasonings mix well.
